Terms of Service

Camper Marketing Cloud • Multi-Tenant Workspace Agreement

Effective Date: October 28, 2026 • Version 2.4
Summary: By registering an organization workspace on Camper, you agree to abide by legitimate email and messaging practices, maintain accurate administrator records, and ensure your message recipients have given affirmative consent.

1. Acceptance & Scope of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Camper Marketing Cloud ("Camper", "we", "us", or "our") and the legal entity or organization ("Customer", "Company", "you") registering for access to the Camper multi-tenant marketing orchestration platform.

By creating an account, clicking "Create Workspace & Get Started", or utilizing our campaign dispatch interfaces, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Eligibility: You must register with an authentic corporate or business domain email. Disposable or throwaway email accounts are prohibited.
  • Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of administrator and team credentials. Any action initiated under your organization slug is deemed performed by your authorized personnel.
  • Accurate Details: You agree to furnish true, current, and complete corporate registration details, including company name, telephone, and sender identity.

3. Acceptable Use & Platform Quotas

Camper provides high-throughput email and multi-channel marketing infrastructure. Each workspace is allocated operational resource limits based on its subscription tier (e.g. daily email limits, subscriber count ceilings, and API rate thresholds).

You agree NOT to use Camper to:

  • Transmit unsolicited bulk emails ("spam") or communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL regulations.
  • Distribute malicious attachments, phishing lures, deceptive links, or counterfeit materials.
  • Upload or broadcast to purchased, rented, co-registered, or scraped third-party contact lists.
  • Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, multi-tenant boundaries, or administrative access controls.

4. Customer Data & Proprietary Rights

Your Data: You retain full, exclusive ownership of all proprietary data, uploaded subscriber contacts, branding assets, custom templates, and campaign copy loaded into your Camper workspace.

Platform Rights: Camper and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform codebase, user interfaces, documentation, APIs, and service architecture.

5. Delivery Gateways & Third-Party Services

Camper routes broadcasts through enterprise delivery providers (including Brevo/Sendinblue, Amazon SES, and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API). Broadcaster activities are subject to gateway terms and acceptable sender reputations. Gateway outages or external ISP throttling outside Camper's reasonable control do not constitute a breach of our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

6. Termination & Suspension

Immediate Suspension Notice: Camper reserves the right to immediately suspend any organization workspace without prior notice if spam complaint rates exceed 0.1%, hard bounce rates exceed 5%, or fraudulent sender profiles are detected.

Either party may terminate a workspace at any time. Upon termination, you may export your audience data within thirty (30) days, after which subscriber records are securely purged in accordance with our data retention schedule.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Camper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, email deliverability fluctuations by recipient mailbox providers, or service interruptions.

Privacy Policy

Transparency, Data Protection, and Compliance with GDPR & CCPA

Effective Date: October 28, 2026 • Version 2.1
Privacy Commitment: Camper acts as a Data Processor regarding your audience subscribers and a Data Controller regarding your organization workspace user account. We never sell, monetize, or share your contact lists with third parties.

1. Information We Collect

  • Organization Account Details: Company name, business telephone, administrator full name, corporate email address, and hashed authentication credentials.
  • Branding Assets: Company brand logos uploaded for incorporation into marketing templates and campaign broadcasts.
  • Subscriber & Audience Data: Email addresses, telephone numbers, custom contact tags, and audience list memberships uploaded by your authorized users.
  • Broadcast Interaction Metrics: Delivery timestamps, open tracking telemetry, click-through events, bounce classifications, and unsubscribe timestamps.
  • Audit & Security Logs: IP addresses, browser user-agents, authentication attempts, and critical configuration changes recorded in our immutable audit trail.

2. How We Use Your Data

We process collected data exclusively to:

  • Provide, maintain, and optimize your multi-tenant workspace experience.
  • Dispatch authorized marketing and transactional email / WhatsApp broadcasts.
  • Compute aggregate campaign analytics (e.g. open rates, click rates, unsubscribes).
  • Detect and prevent abusive activities, brute-force attacks, and spam outbreaks.
  • Comply with statutory regulatory and tax obligations.

3. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Security Architecture

Camper enforces strict logical data isolation between customer workspaces. Your audience databases, contact lists, and template repositories are segregated at the database schema level with strict foreign key constraints. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3, and media storage is safeguarded with AES-256 server-side encryption.

4. Sub-Processors & Infrastructure Partners

We collaborate with trusted cloud service providers to power high-speed message delivery:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue): SMTP and transactional email delivery pipeline.
  • Amazon Web Services (SES): Cloud email infrastructure and delivery telemetry.
  • Meta WhatsApp Cloud API: Encrypted mobile messaging dispatch.

5. Your GDPR & CCPA Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you and your audience members possess the right to:

  • Access & Portability: Request an export of all personal data held in CSV or JSON format.
  • Rectification: Correct or update inaccurate profile or audience information.
  • Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request the permanent deletion of contact records from suppression and mailing lists.
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time with one-click mechanisms.

To submit a privacy or data erasure request, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@campercloud.io.

Anti-Spam Marketing Policy

Strict Compliance Requirements for Email & WhatsApp Campaigns

Effective Date: October 28, 2026 • Version 3.0
Zero Tolerance Policy: Camper maintains an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy towards unsolicited commercial messaging. Sending spam through our servers immediately jeopardizes shared delivery pools and will result in permanent workspace termination.

1. Affirmative Permission (Opt-In) Standard

Every single email address or phone number in your contact list must have provided prior, explicit affirmative consent to receive messages from your organization.

Permitted Contacts:

  • Users who filled an opt-in web form specifically agreeing to receive your updates.
  • Customers who purchased products or services from you and did not opt out of notifications.
  • Direct business associates who requested communication or product dossiers.

Strictly Prohibited Contacts:

  • Lists bought, leased, rented, or bartered from third-party brokers.
  • Addresses harvested, scraped, or crawled from public websites, social networks, or directories.
  • Lists gathered from affiliate co-registrations or unrelated partner companies.

2. Mandatory Campaign Requirements

Every email sent via Camper MUST contain the following elements:

  • Accurate Sender Identification: The "From" display name and from email address must accurately reflect the sender organization and domain.
  • Clear Subject Lines: Subject lines must truthfully represent the message content and cannot deceive or mislead the recipient.
  • Physical Address: A valid physical postal address or registered PO Box belonging to the sending business must be clearly visible in the email footer.
  • One-Click Unsubscribe Link: A functional, prominent unsubscribe link that immediately processes opt-out requests without requiring passwords or payment.

3. Deliverability Metrics & Suspension Thresholds

Camper's automated deliverability monitor tracks real-time sender quality. Organizations must keep their campaign metrics within the following international ISP boundaries:

< 0.1%
Max Spam Complaint Rate
(Fewer than 1 complaint per 1,000 sent)
< 5.0%
Max Hard Bounce Rate
(Invalid, non-existent addresses)
100%
Unsubscribe Suppression
(Instant global suppression list add)

4. Automated Enforcement Procedures

When an organization exceeds deliverability thresholds or broadcasts to blacklisted trap addresses, Camper's security daemon automatically triggers an account freeze. Re-activation requires deliverability review, audience origin verification, and proof of consent.
