Workspace Commitment: By registering, your organization agrees to comply with acceptable messaging practices, keep sender details up-to-date, and honor recipient opt-outs.

1. Account Registration & Authorized Personnel

You confirm that you possess organizational authority to register this Camper workspace. Workspace administrators are accountable for all team member campaigns, contact list imports, and dispatch actions.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Camper accounts may not be used for unsolicited bulk email, phishing, deceptive subject headers, pyramid schemes, or unverified contact lists. Sending limits apply based on plan quotas.

3. Customer Data & Ownership

Your company retains 100% ownership of your contact lists, subscriber attributes, and email copy. Camper will not sell or license your audience lists.

4. Suspension for Abuse

To preserve sender domain reputation, accounts generating high bounce rates (>5%) or spam complaint spikes (>0.1%) are subject to automated suspension.

Data Protection Guarantee: We enforce strict multi-tenant database separation. Your subscriber lists and company assets are encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.

1. Information We Collect

We collect workspace profile data (company name, administrator email, brand logo), audience contacts uploaded by your users, and broadcast interaction metrics (delivery status, opens, clicks, unsubscribes).

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed exclusively to deliver your authorized email and WhatsApp campaigns, compute campaign analytics, prevent fraudulent senders, and satisfy statutory tax and legal requirements.

3. Data Subject Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Organizations and subscribers may exercise rights of access, data export, rectification, and right-to-be-forgotten deletion at any time by contacting our DPO at privacy@campercloud.io.

Camper Anti-Spam Marketing Policy

Zero-Tolerance for Spam: All recipients must have explicitly opted in. Purchased lists, web scraping, and third-party data scraping are strictly prohibited.

1. Affirmative Consent (Opt-In) Required

You may only contact subscribers who provided direct affirmative consent through your web forms, completed purchases, or direct business inquiries.

2. Mandatory Unsubscribe & Physical Address

Every message must feature a working 1-click unsubscribe mechanism and a valid physical mailing address in adherence with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR standards.

3. Deliverability Thresholds

Sender profiles must remain below 0.1% spam complaints and below 5% hard bounces. Violations trigger automatic lockouts.
